• 3D Model (BIM) of the electrical elements (Electrical cabinets, Transformers, etc.), technical installations located in the building.

• Analysis according to the specifications and the contract requirements, in order to precisely indicate the position of the equipment to be installed.

• Strong Current/Low Voltage Studies: Single-wire document representing the entire electrical installation: HV, LV, ground network, counting and control principle.
• Weak Current/ Fire Alarm System: Single-wire document representing the entire installation: Access Control, Video surveillance, VDI, Intercom.

Functional analysis

• Functional analysis of lighting, the site and the Fire Alarm System: - Describes the operation of the power supply, the lighting controls, as well as fire and smoke detection, at each point in the building.

Visa management and plan box

• Distribution of documents on Platforms/Plan Box (Cloud) Analysis and response relative to the opinions transmitted by the various viewers who verify the regulatory compliance of our studies.
